A Tradition of Giving Back
For more than 20 years, McAllen Crime Stoppers has proudly continued the tradition of giving back through our annual Thanksgiving Meal Drive — helping ensure local families experiencing hardship are able to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal with their loved ones.
What began as a simple act of kindness has grown into one of our organization’s most cherished community outreach initiatives, bringing together businessess, organizations, law enforcement, and community members with one shared goal — helping our neighbors.
This special tradition is made possible through our continued partnership with H-E-B, the McAllen Police Department, State of the City of McAllen, local businesses, community organizations, and generous supporters who share our commitement to serving families throughout our community.
Through these partnerships, hundereds of complete Thanksgiving meals are provided to families throughout McAllen each year — bringing not only food to the table, but kindness, hope, and the reminder that community cares.
